About the Role:
Mayne Mechanical LLC is looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Sykesville, MD. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, air handlers, and boilers
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues across a variety of commercial systems
• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally at commercial customer sites
• Document service work, parts used, and system conditions accurately in work orders
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and management
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory in a clean and organized manner

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC service and repair experience
• EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification required
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
